WHAT IS THE CALLALIFE BOX?

The CallaLife Box is a women's monthly subscription box that contains 5-8 wonderful gifts ranging from Health, Beauty, Well-Being and Lifestyle that gets shipped directly to your door.



WHERE DOES THE NAME CALLALIFE COME FROM?

According to the trusty internet, the name (not the word) Calla derives from Greek origin meaning 'Beauty'. We hope to make all of your lives a little bit more beautiful with these wonderful gifts and that's how the name CallaLife Box was born.



WHAT TYPES OF GIFTS CAN I EXPECT TO FIND ONCE I'VE OPENED MY CALLALIFE BOX?

The lovely thing about surprise subscription boxes are the mystery! Don't worry though, you will find wonderful items such as skincare, vitamins, stationary, kitchen tools, candles, the list goes on! You won't be disappointed with the varied selection of gifts. We do our best to source products from local artisans because we believe in supporting local and small businesses!



SOUNDS GREAT! WHAT CAN I EXPECT ONCE I'VE SUBSCRIBED?

Thanks for joining! Once you've registered the initial payment will be processed, every payment thereafter will be renewed on 19th of each month.



WHEN DOES THE CALLALIFE BOX SHIP?

The CallaLife Box will be shipped out between the 9th and 11th of each month.



WHEN WILL MY ACCOUNT BE CHARGED AFTER THE INITIAL PAYMENT?

Your credit card will be charged on the 19th of the month. You will not be double charged if you purchased your CallaLife Box on or after the 9th of that month.



I DIDN'T CARE FOR ONE OF THE PRODUCTS, CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Sorry to hear that one of the products didn't meet your expectations! Hopefully you can pass it along to a friend or family member. Unfortunately we can not offer any returns or exchanges. Please contact TheCallaLifeBox@hotmail.com to voice your concerns so that we can come to a resolution.



I HAVE AN ALLERGY OR SENSITIVITY TO A CERTAIN INGREDIENT, WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT SURE ABOUT A PRODUCT?

Please contact the product company or your doctor to see if that product is right for you. *By purchasing the CallaLife Box you understand although some products may be listed as vegan, gluten-free, etc., not all items in that particular box will also have those strict regulations.



WHO DO I CONTACT ABOUT A PRODUCT THAT I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IN THE CALLALIFE BOX?

If you have or know of any wonderful items that would fit nicely with the CallaLife Box, please contact Whitney@CallaLifeBox.com, with the subject heading " PRODUCT ". We're always looking for great brands to collaborate with.



IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, HOW DO I DO SO?

It's unfortunate to hear that you need to cancel! We will miss you!! Simply log into your account and unsubscribe or email thecallalifebox@hotmail.com with the heading ' CANCEL'. If you would like to cancel your subscription before being charged, please cancel before the 18th (of the month that you will be re-charged). Example: If you signed up for a 3 month prepaid subscription on April 17th, please cancel before July 18th. Unless you would like to continue your subscription, we love sending you self-care packages every month!



WHEN IS THE CUTOFF DATE FOR THAT MONTHS CALLALIFE BOX?

The cutoff date is the 8th of every month at midnight PST. So if you subscribe on (for example) June 8th, you will received the box that ships out between June 9-11th and you should receive it a few days later! If you subscribe on June 9th, you will receive your first CallaLife Box in July.



HOW DO CALLALIFE BOX PROMOTION CODES WORK?

From time to time there will be special promotional codes. Some may last for a day, some may be for a week or longer! To make sure you stay up-to-date make sure you sign up for the newsletter and follow us on social media. Hint: Most promotional codes and contests will be through the newsletter or Instagram!



THERE IS A PROMOTIONAL CODE, BUT I AM ALREADY A SUBSCRIBER?

Unfortunately I can not place the promotional code on your account once you are already a subscriber, the good news is that you can look forward to your

CallaLife Box each month full of amazing products!

Sorry to hear you missed out on a promotional code! If you're a patient person, you can keep an eye out for the next one, or just sign up today and start looking forward to the CallaLife Box!



WHY DON'T THE CALLALIFE BOX CONTENTS COME IN A FANCY COLOURFUL BOX?

Since you are buying the box for the contents and not the actual cardboard box, we decided it was unnecessary. We plan to donate a portion of each box sold to a deserving charity each quarter instead. Yay for giving back!



HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HEAR BACK ONCE I'VE SENT AN EMAIL?

We will try to answer every email as fast as possible as each one of you are VIPs in our minds! Some times during the month may be busier than usual.


SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE CALLALIFE BOX SHOP

If you spend between $0-$75.99 shipping will cost $15

If you spend between $76-125.99 shipping will cost $20

If you spend $126+ shipping is FREE!


WHEN WILL MY CALLALIFE BOX SHOP PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED

Your CallaLife Box Shop products will be shipped out 1-4 days after purchased


I WANT TO PURCHASE A CALLALIFE BOX SUBSCRIPTION AS WELL AS SOME OTHER PRODUCTS

That's great! Just to let you know, you will be charged separate shipping as they will most likely be shipped on different dates. The CallaLife Box subscription will be sent out on its regular date (between the 9th-11th of each month) and your other products will be shipped out 1-4 days after purchase

**NEW** 3 AND 6 MONTH PREPAID SUBSCRIPTIONS.

After subscribing to the 3 or 6 month pre-paid option there can be no cancellations until the chosen period has ended.


We will not be able to offer refunds on any subscriptions if customer fails to unsubscribe before their re-subscription occurs. In extreme circumstances we may be able to do so, however a 10% processing fee will be deducted from refunded payment.



We are currently partnered with a few different organizations in and around the Okanagan, BC. A portion of each box sold will go to help these organizations.
